This technology is made from non-major food crops: Tapioca starch. Through chemical & physical refining and modifying technology the starch could reach up to nearly 80 % content of bio-based of "Thermo-Plastic Starch Masterbatch", different from TPS, our product is capable of heat resistance and hydrophobic.

With the advanced technology and innovative the invention, we would like to name this material ''PlasFree'' as the prospect of our product.

By extending the usage coverage, Green World advanced PlasFree further as the main substrate for several compound-based starches, which exhibit excellent processability on blown film, sheet extrusion, blown bottle, injection, and foaming, etc. And the decomposition process excellently completed within six months under the natural environment with non-toxicity substances contained. Therefore, it can be widely used in the agricultural sector such as agricultural films and nursery basins, etc.

Not to mention the advantage of printability and water resistance identity can be widely applied to household supplies, such as disposable tableware, straw and packaging materials or bags and so on.

With relevant patent applied and mass production line on the way. The prospect of Plasfree will come along with great usage in the future.
